Cindy Meadows, Treasurer

Cindy is a Thomson native who began serving as treasurer of TFUMC in 2006. A licensed CPA, she is a graduate of the University of Georgia. Cindy and her husband, Darren, have two daughters, Ciara and Maecy.

 

“I was asked to serve as treasurer when the previous treasurer retired after many years of service. It is a privilege to serve God in this way. As one of the fiduciaries of church funds, I strive to make sure we accurately account for all of the funds that go in and out of the church and that payments out have been appropriately approved before funds are disbursed. It is a joy to see first hand all of the local and non-local programs and missions TFUMC supports financially in addition to our day to day operations. I believe this church works continuously to be good stewards of the funds available.”

  

Juliet Blevins, Office Manager

Julie was born into a military family, and served in the Army herself throughout Europe. She earned her associates degree in Augsburg, Germany at the Unversity of Maryland's European Division, and her BA from Wayland Baptist University, Sierra Vista, AZ. Having lived "everywhere"growing up, Julie lists California as home primarily because that is where her father finally retired. She and her husband, Scott, and son, Karl, live in Dearing. She came to TFUMC in 2006. She has a passion for mission work, and has played a key role in our Honduras trips.
